Why do we constantly give our own power away by blaming others, criticizing, judging, maybe even gossiping about others? While we make others responsible for our own suffering, we miss a chance to truly live our own life.

He almost started to talk.
He did not.
Holding back was safe, he thought.
At least he knew what not talking made him feel like.
He never knew that when he would talk he did not need to feel safe anymore.
