Dance with life!

Hug your friend just for the sake of hugging. Try everyday something new. It doesn’t need to be something big, maybe change the way you talk to your neighbor. Eat that cake for once which reminds you of your grandma's and don’t question if it is healthy or vegan. Stare from the window and just observe, if possible for hours. Start loving, regardless of the narrative in your head of fearing rejection or distrust. Cook that meal and if possible share it with someone. Watch the moon when everyone sleeps. Put yourself out there, no matter what, and be proud of yourself. Expect nothing and appreciate everything. Start dancing with life, where you receive and give life.
