The Persian poet Hafiz wrote in the 14th century this poem:

Even after all this time the sun never says to the earth,

'You owe me.'

Look what happens with a love like that.

It lights the whole sky.

What does this poem really mean? Is it about the relationship between sun and earth? It might be.

What it also means is this.

Give without expecting.

Listen with interest in the person you are listening to.

Work as it is your own company.

Act with kindness.

Lead with your heart.
