Moments of unknown
When we are in an unknown, we can easily get nervous or restless. We can get more introverted or more extroverted. The restlessness in us can make us do things we don't usually do. We are not ourselves anymore, we are our emotions belonging to the unknown.
So what can we do?
Embracing the unknown.
Accepting the unknown.
Trusting the unknown.
Holding onto our daily routines.
And when it’s time, let it go and change.
