Having worked across corporates, private schools and my own business, I bring a unique perspective on sales, human behaviour and high performance. For over 25 years, the HeartMath Institute has researched the connection between the heart and brain, exploring how our emotional states influence our perceptions, decisions, and wellbeing. In today's demanding work environment, the ability to manage stress, regulate emotions, and think clearly under pressure is essential for individual and organisational performance. Drawing on HeartMath techniques, this training equips employees and leaders with practical tools to build emotional resilience, navigate challenging situations with greater clarity, and move beyond reactive patterns. Having worked across corporate environments, international private schools and my own business and having lived and worked in different countries, I've experienced first-hand how culture, leadership and communication shape the way people think, connect and perform. My multicultural identity has given me a deep appreciation for different perspectives and the many ways people approach challenges, change and growth.
I've also seen how much potential organisations leave untapped when people lack the tools, awareness or environment to thrive.
For the past two decades, I've been deeply involved in neuroscience, personal development, self-awareness and human behaviour, exploring what enables people to change, grow and perform at their best.
Today, I bring together these insights with my experience in business, sales and education to help organisations develop people who communicate better, adapt faster, lead more effectively and perform under pressure.
